The hardest part of a business system is usually not a form or a table. The complexity is in the rules that decide who may see what, when a status changes, which data is mandatory, which system is the source of the information and what happens when there is an error or an exception.
Before development we study the workflow, the roles, the data, the integrations and the exceptions that matter. Sometimes the result is a new system. At other times it is better to connect the tools already in use or to build only the missing part of the process.
If a custom system is justified, Laravel gives a stable foundation for a solution that can be developed module by module and integrated with other systems. We hand over the code and the project deliverables in line with the contract terms, so that the client keeps control of the solution.

In a business system AI is valuable when it has a specific task and suitable data to work with. It can help process documents and free-form text, classify requests, find information or prepare the next action.
We build precise business rules, access rights and critical calculations deterministically. We use AI in the part of the process where interpreting language and context brings a practical benefit. If AI is not needed, it does not have to be added to the system for the sake of the technology.

That is why we do not set a price by the number of screens alone. We first study the process and define the first justified scope, after which a project estimate can be prepared.

Who does the finished system belong to?
