We work with professionals, project by project.

We have no specific open vacancies right now. We build each project team from specialists with the education, experience and completed work to show for it. All our work is done remotely. If that is you, join our network of specialists and we will get in touch when a suitable project comes up.

How we build a team

We work with companies and with state and municipal institutions. For every project we put together a team of specialists whose education and completed projects match the requirements of the job, and with each of them we agree on the role, scope, deadlines and confidentiality.

All our work is done remotely. You work from wherever you are, and the team stays in touch online.

What our projects expect

In business projects what matters most is completed work that can be viewed publicly, and client references. In state and municipal information system projects the specialists are named in the procurement itself, so these projects usually ask for a university degree or a relevant certificate, experience in one or two similar projects in the last three to five years, a signed CV, copies of your diploma and certificates, and Latvian at C1 level.

On every project we expect an understanding of accessibility to WCAG 2.1 AA, secure coding to OWASP and the basics of SEO.

    How we work

    Remote

The whole team works remotely, each from their own place, and stays in touch online.

    You see the whole project

You see the project's goal, requirements and outcome, not just one task on your list.

    Training and certificates

If a role needs new knowledge, we agree on suitable training, courses or certification.

    No overtime culture

We plan workload and deadlines as a team. We do not treat overtime as a normal way to manage projects.

    Direct contact with the client

Depending on your role, you take part in client meetings and can clarify requirements with the people who need the solution.

    Technology to fit the task

We work with Laravel, Drupal, WordPress, Flutter, Docker and other tools that suit the project. The solution's needs decide the technology, not a list of trends.
