AI agents that act as well as answer

We build AI agents for specific business processes. They can use the tools they are permitted to, look up information, work with your company's systems and carry out multi-step tasks, with human control kept for the actions that matter.

What an AI agent can do

What an agent can do depends on the specific process and on the data, tools and permissions available to it.

Customer service
Handles a customer request, finds the context it needs, prepares a reply or the next step in the process and, in defined cases, brings in a member of staff.
Handling enquiries
Reads incoming information, identifies the type of request, retrieves the data required and continues the process in your company's system within the permissions it has been given.
Document work
Gathers data and prepares a draft of a proposal, reply, report or other document according to a defined process.
Working with systems
Uses controlled APIs and other tools to read information or carry out the actions permitted for the process in CRM, databases and other systems.
Multi-step processes
Carries out sequential steps in which the next action depends on the previous result, and asks for human approval at the point where it is needed.

How an AI agent differs from a chatbot

A chatbot's main job is to hold a conversation with the user. An AI agent can also be given specific tools and access to company systems, which it uses to carry out several steps of a process. For example, it can read a request, find the customer's information, prepare a reply, create a task and save the result in the CRM.

That does not mean an agent should be given unlimited freedom to act. For each tool we define what the agent may do, which data it receives and where human approval is required. If you mainly need the conversation, an AI chatbot may be the better fit.

Let's assess a process for an AI agent

We will start with a specific job, its data, its systems and the limits the agent has to work within.

How implementation works

Choosing the process

We describe a specific job, its starting point, the data it needs, the current steps and the expected result.

Setting the limits

We define what the agent may read and change, where human approval is required and which actions are not available to it.

Connecting the systems

We build controlled connections to the data sources and systems required, granting only the permissions the process needs.

Testing the scenarios

We test ordinary cases, unclear requests, missing data, system errors and attempts to carry out actions that are not permitted.

Controlled roll-out

We start with a clearly limited part of the process. Once the solution behaves predictably, we can extend the tools, data sources or steps available to it.

Security and control

We limit what an AI agent can do to the permissions and tools a specific process requires. Significant actions can be logged, input validated and mandatory human approval kept for sensitive steps. We set the limits according to the risk of the process, the sensitivity of the data and the possible consequences of an error.

Autonomy is not a goal in itself

An agent can carry out some tasks on its own; in others the right design is for it to prepare the next action and ask for approval before carrying it out. We start with a specific role and process, not with a single agent that has broad access to the whole company.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to implement an AI agent?
The cost depends on the complexity of the process, the integrations required, the data sources, the access and approval logic, and the AI and infrastructure services used. That is why we set the price after assessing the specific process and the technical solution.
Can an AI agent work in Latvian?
Yes, an AI agent can be built to work in Latvian. Whether other languages can be used depends on the models chosen, the data and the requirements of the specific process.
What happens if an AI agent makes a mistake?
We design the system so that a model's error does not automatically become an irreversible business action. Depending on the risk of the process, we use access limits, validation, human approval, action logs and safe error handling.
Which systems can an AI agent be connected to?
An AI agent can be connected to systems that have a suitable means of integration, or for which one can be built. These may be a CRM, email, an online store, a database or another company system. Before implementation we check what is technically possible and define which actions the agent will be permitted to take there.
What is an AI agent?

An AI agent is an artificial intelligence solution that plans and carries out a multi-step task on its own - it looks up information, uses permitted tools and works with your business systems. Unlike a chatbot, it also takes actions, so we give it clear permissions, limits and human approval for important steps.
