Customer and economics
We define your priority customer, the offer, the deal value, the sales cycle and what counts as a good lead in your business. From that we work out the acceptable acquisition cost and what to measure.
Lead generation and customer acquisition don't start with Google Ads, SEO or social media. They start with clear answers about which customer you want to win, what that customer is worth to your business and how we'll tell a good lead from a contact that goes nowhere. CreateIT brings your channels, website, analytics and sales data together in one system, so that budget decisions follow business results.
An ad platform can find cheap leads, but the questions that matter to the business are different. Does the person fit the customer profile, can the sales team do anything with them, and does the deal value justify the acquisition cost? That is why we don't stop measuring when the form is submitted. Where possible, we connect advertising and analytics data to your CRM or other sales records, so that each channel gets feedback on qualified leads and actual deals.
We also don't assume that every business needs every channel. Sometimes the right place to start is Google Ads and a good landing page; at other times it is SEO and expert content, LinkedIn or Meta, email, or converting more of the traffic you already have. We choose channels to suit the customer journey and the economics.
We define your priority customer, the offer, the deal value, the sales cycle and what counts as a good lead in your business. From that we work out the acceptable acquisition cost and what to measure.
We choose channels according to where demand comes from, where customers look for a solution and what the buying journey looks like. We don't split the budget evenly across channels just to be visible everywhere.
We get the landing page in order, along with the offer, the calls to action, the forms and the other key steps. The aim is to remove unnecessary friction and give the right customer a clear path to the next step.
We launch the channels the strategy calls for - SEO, Google Ads, social media advertising, content, email or others that make sense. We give each one a specific job in the customer journey.
We connect analytics, ad conversions and, where possible, CRM data. We assess the cost per lead together with the quality of the lead and what comes of it, and we change the budget when the data justifies it.

Show us which channels you are investing in at the moment, how leads are measured and what happens to them in sales. We'll assess where you have enough data to make decisions, where measurement stops too early and where there is an obvious obstacle in the customer journey. If CRM or sales data is available, we'll look beyond the conversions the ad platform reports.
We agree on metrics that reflect the business result, such as the number of qualified leads, the cost per lead and per customer and, where the data allows, how leads turn into sales in your CRM. The reports also show which channels and pages bring those leads.
Yes. Campaigns, content and websites can be built for several languages and markets, and Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn allow targeting by country and language. Before launch we assess demand and competition in each market separately.
