We define what AI may do on its own, where validation is needed and at which steps the decision stays with a person. If AI is not justified for the task, we recommend a simpler solution.

Where to start?
Start with a specific process that recurs regularly, has data available and has a clear desired result. A chatbot can suit repeated requests for information, an agent a multi-step task involving tools and systems, and process automation work where information has to be moved or processed regularly. If it is not yet clear where AI would bring the greatest benefit, we first assess your processes and the technical options.
Are AI solutions suitable for a small business too?
Yes, if there is a specific process where a solution can reduce manual work or help you use company information faster. The size of the business is not the main criterion in itself - the task, the data and the case for implementation matter more.
Will AI replace employees?
AI can automate some tasks, but that does not mean every process should be handed over to AI. In each project we establish where automation is justified, where human review is needed and which decisions should stay with an employee.
How much does it cost to implement an AI solution?
The cost depends on the scope of the task, the data sources, the integrations, the access requirements and the level of control needed. A simple information assistant and an agent that acts across several systems are projects of a different scale, so we set the price after assessing the specific process.
Will company data be secure in AI solutions?
Data security has to be designed for the specific solution and the sensitivity of the data. We assess access rights, the external services used, data flows, storage and the actions that need additional control.
How is an AI agent different from an AI chatbot?
A chatbot mainly holds conversations and answers questions from your information sources. An AI agent can also take action - use permitted tools and systems and carry out multi-step tasks. For many businesses an AI chatbot is a good first step, with an agent added when the process calls for it.
What does the EU AI Act mean for a business?
The EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) sets requirements for artificial intelligence (AI) systems according to their level of risk, and they apply in stages. For everyday business solutions such as chatbots, the key requirement is transparency - people need to know they are dealing with AI. In high-risk areas such as recruitment or credit scoring, the requirements are much stricter. In a project we assess which category a solution falls into, while a lawyer gives the legal opinion on compliance.
Which AI models do you use?
We are not tied to a single provider. We can use commercial language models, such as those from OpenAI, Anthropic or Google, as well as open-source models, and the choice depends on the task, quality, cost and data requirements. If the data is sensitive, we assess where it is processed and stored and, where needed, choose a setup with data processing in the European Union.
